Q1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

• We are a manufacturer, providing OEM & ODM service.

Q2. What’s your main markets?

• USA, Canada, Germany, France, and Italy, Dubai, etc.

Q3. What is the delivery date for a sample?

• Usually about 1-3 days for items with general requirements.

Q4. Are your products conforming to our standards?

• Yes, our products can pass the testings as you require, e.g.: CE, RoHS, FCC, etc.

Q5. How do you control the quality ?

• We control the product quality by IQC, three tests on production lines, and 100% aging testing before packaging.
• We were awarded ISO9001 certificate.

Q6. What’s MOQ?

• MOQ is 500PCS. Of course, small order is also acceptable when we have stocks.

Q7. Can you give us a favorable discount ?

• Of course, a favorable discount will be offered if the quantity is sizable.

Q8. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?

• We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FEDEX,TNT. It usually takes 4-5days to arrive.
• By Air or by Sea for bulk goods,Airport/Port receiving.

Q9. How can I get your latest Diffuser or price list?

Contact us with email,TradeManager or sent enquiry to me.

Q10. May I get a sample?

Sample order accepted.

Q11. What’s your usual payment term for orders?

We accept terms of T/T,Western Union,PayPal.

Q12. Could I print my own LOGO on the Diffuser?

Yes, the LOGO can be silk printed or screen printed on it.

Q13. Can I customize my own box?

Yes, If your order quantity is above the MOQ quantity.

Q14. How to make an order?

1.please let us know the Diffuser model you need.
2.We will make a Proforma Inovice for you.
3.Check and confirm the Proforma Invoice.
4.Once order is confirmed,please make the payment.
5.After payment,our factory will produce your Diffuser.
6.The Diffuser will be shipping within 3-7 days as usual.
7.Tracking no will be send to you after Diffuser was shipped.
8.OEM/ODM is welcomed.
